We would like you to know more about us and the way we work
Do you work in a particular style?
We work based on capturing real emotions by allowing you and your better half to really enjoy your day. Our video style is very cinematic and our photography style is documentary, but we are going to let you judge yourself.
Would we get to meet you before the wedding?
We will have a first meeting at your earliest convenience either in person or over Skype to walk you through the process and the way we work and get all the relevant details of your big day.
Where are you based?
We are based in Dublin, but travelling feeds our souls, so we can travel all over Ireland as well as to international destinations.
How do we book you?
We work on a first come first served basis. In order to secure your date a non-refundable booking fee of €500 along with a signed contract. We could only guarantee your booking once your deposit has been made. You can pay with Cheques, Drafts, Bank transfer or PayPal.
How many photographers would be on the day?
Usually there is one photographer but it depends on the wedding collection you have acquired and whether you are getting ready in the morning far apart from each other and you would like us to cover both of you while you are getting ready. In that case, two photographers will be necessary. Usually, a second photographer is not included in the price of any of our collections unless it stated the contrary.
How many videographers would be on the day?
As many things happen on the day simultaneously we are usually two storytellers filming and capturing real emotions from different perspectives during the day. Usually in the morning one of us is with the bride while getting ready and the other one of us is with the groom. Then we will meet at the ceremony and work together from there on.
How long would you stay on the day?
We stay either until sit down for dinner (6:00pm) or until First Dance (10:30pm), whichever happens first.
Do you record the speeches?
Yes, we do full recording of speeches upon request. Please see our collection packages for more information. Speeches will be delivered in a separate file from the wedding video. Speeches are usually not included in the price of any of our collections unless it stated the contrary.
Do you record the ceremony?
Yes, we do full recording of ceremony upon request. Please see our collection packages for more information. Speeches will be delivered in a separate file from the wedding video. When can we expect our photos and/or videos?
You can expect them approximately 8-12 weeks after the wedding day depending on time of the year.
Can we pick the music ourselves?
The selection of the music is the heart of our creative process. It drives the way we tell your love story, emotions and uniqueness of your day. Therefore, the selection of the music is at the discretion of the editor.
Additionally, using songs in a video without permission from the appropriate party is copyright infringement; in other words, it is illegal. As we feel it is very important to support the creative community, we pay a licensed music library for the rights to each song used on each video. However, music selection requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed due to licensing and style restrictions.
How many wedding photos can we expect?
Usually about 300-400 Hi Resolution digital images that are ready to print delivered on our Wedding Storytellers USB flash drive. You will also get an on-line hosted gallery perfect for sharing with family and friends.
How long will our wedding video be?
Usually about 4 - 7 minute wedding shor-tfilm delivered on our Wedding Storytellers USB flash drive. You will also get an on-line hosted link perfect for sharing with family and friends. You will also get an extended cinematic version, the feature film, edited within the same style as the short-film which is approximately 15-20 minutes long. All our wedding films include drone footage (weather and location dependant).
How long until we receive our wedding album?
Your wedding album will be delivered approximately 6-8 weeks after we have received the selection and approved layout of photos you have chosen and payment has been made where it applies.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully covered! both public liability and our equipments. We are drone pilots fully certified by the IAA (Irish Association Authority).
